Katherine White, People and Culture Director at Wyboston Lakes Resort, has been shortlisted for the prestigious ‘Most Inclusive Chief People Officer’ award in the Hospitality, Travel, and Leisure (HTL) sector, in recognition of her outstanding contributions to inclusion across the resort.
The inclusion in Awards celebrate the individuals and organisations driving change across Hospitality, Travel, Leisure and Retail sectors. This category recognises Chief People Officers and People Directors who continually drive inclusive best practices.
Katherine said: "It’s very exciting and humbling to have been shortlisted among such strong competition."

Each award will be judged by a panel of independent experts and the results announced at an Awards Ceremony to take place on Tuesday, 14th October 2025 at the London Hilton Park Lane.
