The Box – Wyboston Lakes Resort unveils a striking new space for inspiring, imaginative events

Wyboston Lakes Resort has unveiled The Box, a striking new, premium-quality, flexible space designed as the perfect blank canvas for imaginative exhibitions, conferences, dinners, and product launches.

Available from July 2026, this purpose-built, contemporary exhibition-style space offers 900 square metres (15m x 60m) with a 3-metre ceiling height, providing vast flexibility for a wide range of high-impact events. It can comfortably host over 400 guests, depending on the event format.

The Box has been purposefully designed to inspire creativity in event planning, with a clean, modern aesthetic and an abundance of natural light from its extensive use of glass. Positioned adjacent to the Woodlands Event Centre, it can operate as a standalone space or as an extension — for example, as an exhibition area alongside a conference or dinner in the Rosewood Suite.
