Whether you are on a serious health kick or are just trying to be a little bit healthier this delicious smoothie is the perfect accompaniment to your breakfast or brunch.
Packed full of in plenty of nutritious ingredients, such as spinach, flaxseeds, kale and apple juice to sweeten.

Method
Peel the pink grapefruit, segment and remove the seeds.
Add the kiwi, kale and lime into your smoothie maker or blender and blitz for 30 seconds.
Then add the flaxseeds, pink grapefruit and apple juice and blend until the mixture is smooth.
Then pour into glasses and enjoy.
