The Woodlands Events Centre has a total of 16 event spaces, ranging from intimate boardrooms to our largest space, The Rosewood Suite, which is complete with moveable walls should you need them. The centre as a whole is perfectly suited to large, bespoke events.

Paddy & Scott’s fuelling station will ensure delegates will be fully energised throughout the day. And rest assured, it’s sustainably sources direct from the farm in Kenya with a bold ambition to support the local coffee growing community.

At Wyboston Lakes Resort we have 30 EV charging points available every hour of the day across the site. We have tried to make this as easy as possible for all users in the hope it will encourage more EV drivers in the future. The best thing about charging with us is that it's all renewable energy so you are being super green!

At our Waterfront, Willows and Woodlands venues we have EON EV charging available 24/7, generating 11KW. We have 4 EON Chargers at the Willows Training Centre, 6 EON Chargers at The Waterfront Hotel, 4 EON Chargers at the Knowledge Centre and 6 EON Chargers at the Woodlands Event Centre.

Tesla Super Charging

Our 10 Tesla Superchargers are located at The Waterfront Hotel and are available 24/7. These chargers are only suitable for the Tesla model. The Tesla Supercharger is the fastest charging option when you're away from home, allowing you to charge your car up to 200 miles in 15 minutes.
