Our event spaces can be viewed online, now. With two purpose built venues, you can see the variety of training and event rooms we have on offer from your phone, desktop or tablet.

Training and meeting rooms are all air-conditioned, beautifully furnished and equipped with great, easy to use tech. Creative spaces are located throughout the venue for out-of-meeting interactions, with casual lounges, campfire chat areas and social fuelling stations.

The right space and environment is key to the success of your event. The Woodlands Event Centre has 16 highly flexible event spaces, available to be used in a variety of layouts. Many of the rooms have moveable walls to ensure that we can adapt to suit you.

The Rosewood Suite

This impressive conference suite can host up to 620 delegates theatre style, with moveable walls, car access, self-contained bar, private courtyard, leading edge AV and tech. This cool space can be used for a host of events and is ideal for corporate dinners, keynote speeches and product launches.

Recently transformed, the venue has undergone significant investment creating a main conference room catering for up to 620 delegates, which has been designed to meet current and emerging trends and equipped with the latest AV Tech. Inspirational meeting areas designed with creative flair, movable walls to expand training room capacities and a total redesign of breakout areas are just some of the cutting edge schemes implemented to meet the needs of the latest and future generations of conference delegates. 

Social tables and quiet spaces are available, where delegates can network with one another or take time out to catch up on work or personal matters.

Our aim is to create an environment which increases delegate engagement and enjoyment. Whilst allowing the organiser to be confident of producing an event with lasting outcomes.

The Woodlands Event Centre has 120 recently refurbished bedrooms,  providing both organisers and delegates with a comfortable stay to ensure you wake up ready for the day ahead.

The Olive Restaurant is the newest addition to The Woodlands Event Centre. A Mediterranean themed restaurant with great creative food options ranging from pastas & salads to dishes from the grill & pizzas from our new clay oven.

The Bamboo Lounge

This great space offers a quiet social area located just off the Rosewood Suite and courtyard. Available for communal guest use and private hire.
