Wyboston Lakes Resort is now accredited as a Real Living Wage Employer. This confirms that everyone receives a minimum hourly wage of £9.90, significantly higher than the minimum for over 23s, which currently stands at £9.50 per hour.
Wyboston Lakes Resort is one of only 11 employers in its local area and is also one of fewer than 450 employers in the hospitality industry nationwide which has made this commitment.
