The Olive Restaurant can seat up to 280 guests or can be adapted to create a smaller space for private dining. Enjoy the Mediterranean menu with dishes from Greece, Italy, Spain, Morocco and the Middle East. The clay oven takes centre stage for pizza, fish and steaks.
The new vibrant, Mediterranean themed Olive Restaurant serves a menu of mouth-watering creative food options to suit any event. The Olive's very own outdoor terrace makes it perfect for summer events, including BBQ's.
Delegates usually lunch and breakfast from The Food Market. On offer is a wide range of street foods from across the globe, including grills, tasteful easy-to-eat bowl food, natter platters and salad bars.
Our Gozney clay oven creates masterpiece pizzas, gorgeous grilled fish and steak, tasty breads and kebabs. There is nothing like food cooked in a clay oven!
