An Event To Remember!
Each event has it's own specific objectives and requirements, and with PERI employing over 2000 engineers in over 70 countries, they wanted an event which helped build new relationships with potential customers and strengthen connections with existing clients. They also wanted to generate new business.
The Solution
PERI Group wanted a venue that was easy to access for customers and PERI group staff based all over the UK.
As they wanted it to be far enough away from where they were based to encourage guests to stay over, there needed to be sufficient high-quality comfortable rooms on site, and good food – ‘it’s what people remember after an event!’ said Tracy Armstrong of PERI Group.
Providing The Space...
There also needed to be enough space inside to set up an area including an exhibition where in the morning around 80 people could network without feeling crowded.
‘The outside space – Sandpiper Bay - was a real selling feature for us as it was so unique and we liked the fact that everything (activities and accommodation) was on one site.’ Tracy Armstrong continued.
Making A Day Of It
The full day event was arranged by Inloco events. After the morning networking followed by lunch, many of the delegates took advantage of the 18 golf course on site before everyone came together to socialise with Festival style food in the Sandpiper Bay outside area.
The Feedback!
I don’t think anyone who attended the event could have not been impressed. I have never been to a venue where everyone is so helpful, welcoming, friendly and professional.
The feel of the venue the moment you stepped into reception was that it was so clean and modern with nothing out of place.
Every aspect was first class and ultimately that reflects on us as a business. If we take customers to a first class venue and put on an amazing event, that is what they associate with PERI.
