Guests can arrive for Check-in from 3 pm and we ask you to check out by 11 am on day of departure.

We have mainly twin and double rooms at the Woodlands Event Centre but do have 1 Junior suite that have a sofa bed that can sleep and extra person.
We are sorry but we do not allow animals on site. Guide dogs are welcomed however.
When a room is pre-paid on an advanced purchased rate it can not be refunded. All other rooms can be cancelled with no charge applicable by 12pm on the day of arrival.
