Hello, I’m back to give you an update on how I’m getting on with my new skincare routine and the Murad products recommended at my recent skin scan.
I have been using the Murad skincare products since the beginning of June when I had my skin scanned and I have already noticed how bright my complexion is and how firm my skin feels.
Murad Essential C Cleanser
This has a slight orange smell to it which I love and my face feels really refreshed after using it. It brightens up my completion and removes make up and dirt from my pores.
Hydrating Toner
I spray this directly onto my face which helps to wake me up! It’s lovely and light and doesn’t make my skin really tight like some toners can.
Rapid Collagen Infusion
This cream is very light on my skin which is fab. I only use 1 or 2 pumps and have noticed smoother skin by including this in to my morning routine.
Essential C Day Moisturiser SPF 30
The smell of this moisturiser is the same as the Essential C Cleanser and is one of the reasons why I love this product. It does feel quite heavy on my skin when first applied but it absorbs quickly. My skin definitely feels brighter and hydrated and with added SPF 30, it’s a perfect everyday moisturiser.
Essential C Daily Renewal Complex
I use this every evening, it has an amazing thick and velvety texture. Sometimes it gives me a tingly sensation in certain areas of my face for a few seconds. This is nothing to worry about and just means the product is working. This product is (hopefully) helping to reduce my photodamage and I’m looking forward to seeing the results at the next Skin Scan.
Instant Radiance Eye Cream
Again this cream is quite thick and velvety. It absorbs really well into my eye area and my dark circles have definitely reduced since using this product.
AHA/BHA Exfoliator Cleanser
This is my favourite product. It does exactly what it says on the tin and I use this once a week to make my skin feel instantly smoother and polished.
Results I have seen so far
I would definitely recommend the Vitamin C range as these not only smell fabulous but make you feel refreshed and ready to start the day. My top product pick is the AHA/ BHA Exfoliator Cleanser as it makes my skin feel amazing after using.
The products listed may seem a little pricey, but they are worth it. You only need to use a small pea sized amount each time so they last a long time.
I am certainly looking forward to seeing my results at the next Skin Scan in September where I can see if my wrinkles, sun damage and pores have been reduced.
