1Life Health & Leisure Club opening times are:

• Monday - Tuesday 6am - 9:30pm
• Wednesday - Thursday: 6am - 9pm
• Friday: 6am - 9pm
• Saturday: 7:30am - 7pm
• Sunday: 7:30am - 4pm

Bank holidays differ, please check their website here.

• Gym is available for adults to use throughout the opening hours (pre-booking not required). 
• The swimming facilities, if you are looking to bring children during family swimming times please book 7 days prior to your arrival by calling 01480 403233.

• Sauna and steam rooms are available for adults to use throughout the opening hours (pre-booking not required)

Guests of the hotel must bring their fully cardboard wallet and room key as proof of their stay to ensure they can use the health & fitness club facilities free of charge. Please note that towels are not provided and you must bring your own if you wish to use any of the swim/steam/sauna or shower facilities.
