1Life Health & Leisure Club opening times are:

• Monday - Tuesday 6am - 9:30pm
• Wednesday - Thursday: 6am - 9pm
• Friday: 6am - 8pm
• Saturday: 8am - 7pm
• Sunday: 8am - 4pm

Bank holidays differ, please check their website here.

• Gym is available for adults to use throughout the opening hours (pre-booking not required). 

• Sauna and steam rooms are available for adults to use throughout the opening hours (pre-booking not required)

Please ask guests to bring their hotel room key with them when using the facilities and a towel if they require one (we do not provide towels at the club).
