We ask that you check out of your bedroom by 11.00am. For your convenience, we offer an express check out service. Please contact reception if you wish to extend your check out time, or discuss the express check out service.

All bedrooms are fitted with a safe which is located in the wardrobe unit, together with instructions. Please contact reception if you require any assistance.

In the event of a fire, please refer to the fire evacuation procedures on the back of your bedroom door. Our fire alarms are tested every Tuesday between 8:15am - 8:45am.

There is an emergency walk in centre in St. Neots (approx 3 miles). The opening hours are Monday to Friday - 8.00am - 8.00pm. Saturday and Sunday 9.00am - 4.00pm. Please contact reception if you require any first aid.
