Our accessible rooms have an emergency alarm pull cord in the bathroom which, when pulled, will alert the reception. The reset button is located next to the bed. If you are hard of hearing and concerned that you may not hear the fire alarm, please contact reception for a deaf guard device.

Cars are parked at the owner's risk and guests are reminded not to leave any valuables in their vehicles. Wyboston Lakes Resort will not be liable for any loss or damage.

There are cash machines at the local Tesco store (approx. 1 mile away). The nearest banks are in St. Neots (approx 3 miles). Please contact reception for directions.

A chemist and pharmacy can be found in St. Neots town centre. There is also a pharmacy located at Tesco. Please ask reception for directions.

For minor or urgent treatments please contact reception for information on local dentists.

Across site we have a total of 26 electric car chargers. As Wyboston Lakes has Green Electricity, all the charge in the cars is 100% green, significantly reducing the carbon footprint of cars charged at the Resort.

We offer a guest laundry service here at The Woodlands. Laundry in most circumstances is completed and returned to you the following day. Please speak to reception for any further information.

A hairdryer can be found in the drawer of your dressing table or mounted on the wall in the bathroom.

All gym/swimming pool sessions must be pre-booked. To book your session please call the Wyboston Lakes Health & Fitness Club team on 01480403233.

A steam iron and ironing board are provided in your room for your use.

Any post received will be held at reception. You can contact reception regarding any post you may be expecting.

We have a selection of mobile phone chargers available to use, free of charge. Please contact reception if you would like to borrow a charger during your stay.

If you would like more pillows, please contact reception who will arrange for these to be delivered to your room. 

The power supply in your bedroom is operated by your key swipe card given to you on check in. This controls your lighting and power sockets. Your bedroom also has a convector heater for your comfort. For your safety, we ask that you do not place anything on top of the heater. 

If you require additional tea, coffee, sugar etc, please contact reception.

For your relaxation and enjoyment, your room has a full remote control flat screen television with a number of stations and facilities including all Freeview channels.

If you have forgotten anything, essential toiletries are available to purchase from reception.
