We believe team engagement is about building trust, relationships and vigour; If we build positive relationships with our team members that are full of energy, they, in turn, will do the same with our customers.

Our latest Gender Pay Gap report outlines show the equality of treatment for both men and women. On the Company Board, there are two females one being a Company Director and the other our Finance Director & Company Secretary, and out of an SMT team of 12, 50% of these are women.
