Our team is our business – the rest is bricks and mortar. We live or die by the positive experiences we give to our customers - be they with us for a conference, a hotel stay, golf or to use our fabulous Y Spa. We believe team engagement is about building trust, relationships and vigour; If we build positive relationships with our team members that are full of energy, they, in turn, will do the same with our customers.
Health and Wellbeing
We will share ways to stay healthy. We will encourage exercise and movement. We will support good mental health and wellbeing in all our team members.
In 2020 we signed the Eventwell Manifesto, where the mental health of ALL creative, experiential, event, hospitality and travel professionals is supported and protected.
