People are at the heart of our customer promise

Our people are at the heart of our customer promise. Our high standards of service depend on their excellence and their genuine hospitality to all our guests.  We employ a diverse and talented group of people in the following areas:

“I started at Wyboston Lakes Resort working as a Spa Receptionist and then moved across to the Reservations team. I found that Wyboston Lakes Resort was really supportive of me as I was studying for my Hospitality Management Diploma at the time so the shifts worked well alongside that. Wyboston Lakes Resort feels like a family, everyone is very supportive of each other and we are very customer focussed in everything we do”

“Wyboston is an exciting place to work. I have met a lot of great people and have learnt a lot since I have been here. The work is really varied so it is always fun and now I am being sent on an apprenticeship course to develop myself further. I can’t wait.”

“Wyboston Lakes Resort is always changing to help our customers and staff grown in a vibrant and exciting community. Since I have been here, the events I have worked on have given me so much confidence and I am excited to take on more and see what the future brings”

"I’m proud to work for such a supportive, family business. Working here has made me realise how important it is to talk, because there are so many people willing to listen and help you. If you put in the effort and show the passion, then management will match it and support you with your progression and development. The opportunity for promotion throughout the different departments is incredible for those who really work for it”.

“I have worked here for 2 ½ years and find it a relaxing, enjoyable and friendly place to work. The best part of my job is getting lovely feedback from customers, I love it when I can change someone’s mood into a happy one after my treatment”

“I was nervous to start working here after being in my previous job for 13 years but I was immediately welcomed and found everyone to be really friendly. I have a great team and I also really enjoy chatting to the guests. Everyone is lovely”
