The development will be modern and flexible in design. With the aim to build an alternative workspace that facilities collaboration, relationship building and innovation. The location is perfect for a regional hub being equidistant to Milton Keynes and Cambridge, just off the A1, M1 and M11.
An ideal space for one larger client or two to three mid-sized clients. Our proposed plans have some exciting features which make the space both unique and practical. You can expect: Hot desking areas, break out and social space, kitchens, booths, pods and semi-enclosed spaces, meeting space and office space.

The ground floor will feature it's own entrance, separate from the remainder of the Knowledge Centre. The plan is for this floor to have have a variety of features, including formal desk space, meeting rooms, flexible offices, hot-desking areas and kitchen and break out space.
Upstairs is more focused on providing flexible office space, along with a larger conference room and break out and social space for colleagues and team members to relax in.
