If you have a day, stay or treatment with us we will contact you directly. If you have pre-paid direct to us, you will be issued a full refund. This can take some time to process and some banks are taking longer than normal to issue refunds to your account.
We now have a very small team in place working from home, with a high volume of guests to assist and refunds to process in this extraordinary situation. As such, can we please ask you not to call but to email should you have any concerns.
