Our hotel and accommodation facilities will be opening from 4th July along with our training facilities. However, the government guidelines have yet to indicate when our spa facilities will re-open. We have added some piece of mind to all our Spa bookings, so you can move your booking or get a full refund should we not able to honor your booking. 1Life Health Club will also remain closed at this time. More flexible, More trust: For more confidence when making your booking, we have added more flexibility into our advance purchase rates and you can cancel up to 3 days prior to your stay. All our online rates are 10% cheaper and from the 1st August, our flexible and advance purchase rates are only bookable online. 1Life Leisure Centre has now re-opened as of the 27.7.2020, but please note during this time the swimming pool facilities will remain closed.

All current memberships and swim school payments will be suspended from April 1st payment until your centre re-opens. You do not to do anything as we will action this for you.

Conference & Training

Following the Government directive, the Venues at Wyboston Lakes Resort, The Willows Training Centre and The Woodlands Event Centre closed to all but essential workers. We are now starting to take bookings for later in 2020 and into 2021 and look forward to receiving your enquiries.

As the government have advised us to not trade during the dates of your event we agree to move the dates of the event to a mutually acceptable alternative date. If this is not possible, and on the basis that you didn’t host the event at an alternative location, we would then release you from the contract without penalty.

In every circumstance, please contact our meetings & events team – sales@wybostonlakes.co.uk to discuss your options so that we can review them before you finalise your decision. Our team are here to assist and help find solutions in what is a very difficult situation for us all.

Don't worry we have a contingency plan and our venues will be ready for when your event is. We'd like to reassure you that when we are advised to do so we shall re-open and ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If you have a new event enquiry for us, then please note that as of Friday 20th March our venues are closed. Provided the Government say so and the wider communities health is not at risk we shall be open for events in July. Following the government directive, Y spa is now closed. If you have a booking with us you will be contacted, please don't worry. We ask you not to call at this time as our phone lines are incredibly busy and we are working with reduced staff. We hope you and your family and friends stay well and stay connected and we look forward to welcoming you to Y Spa in the future.

If you have a Day Spa booking with us in between now and until the 30th July you will receive an email from us. The email asks if you wish to move your booking to a later date or if you would prefer a refund to the method of payment used to book.

The lead booker only will receive this email as they are responsible for the booking of the group. The booking in totality can be moved or refunded.

If you have not received an email please do not call us, but contact us on yspa@wybostonlakes.co.uk and we will be able to assist you.

If you have a voucher that is due to expire at the end of June, July or August please contact us on yspa@wybostonlakes.co.uk giving us your name, the voucher number and the passcode. You will find these on the gift receipt or e-voucher you received on purchase.

We will extend your voucher for a reasonable period if you contact us prior to expiry.

If your voucher expires while we are closed and you have not contacted us before expiry, unfortunately, we will not be able to extend.

If you have an overnight Spa Break booked before the end of May 2020 you will be contacted by email.  You can choose to move the date or be issued with a refund of your total booking.

All those with an overnight booking before the end of June will be contacted by email.  The booking will be cancelled.  In the case of a pre-payment a refund will be processed over the coming weeks which will be paid back to the payment card.

New bookings - More flexible, More trust: for more confidence when making your booking, you can now change or cancel any overnight, pre-paid booking due to take place before 30th June 2020, free of charge and up to 24hours prior to your arrival.

This applies to all types of booking, including individual bookings, Spa bookings and those described as non-cancellable.

We ask diners to please note that we are working with reduced capacities in our brasserie and therefore advise all our guests to book in advance to avoid disappointment.  For the purposes of NHS Track & Trace, we will be required to take all guests' details.  All table bookings are accepted for a maximum of 6 guests from a maximum of 2 households.  We do want to ensure you have a great time and relax but in order to serve everyone, your table reservation entitles you to 1 hour 30 minutes from the start of the time of your reservation. We ask guests to arrive on time as this cannot be extended.

  • Guests must ensure a safe physical distance from other diners and team members at all times.
  • Guests where possible must use the Food Ordering Portal to order and pay for meals.
  • Guests should keep to their allocated seats.
  • Diners are given 1 hour and 30 minutes at their tables for dining and we ask that guests are on time for their booking as this cannot be extended.
  • Please be considerate to team members and other diners.
  • Maximum table size of 6 from a maximum of 2 households.
  • Tables booked after 6 pm is for diners only.

Weddings

We understand that making the decision to move your day will be heart breaking and should you decide you need to do that, we will assist you to find another suitable date.  Should a suitable date not be found, we will accommodate a refund of your deposit.

Golf

The Golf course is now open.  However, we will be operating according to recommended social distancing regulations.

Season Ticket holders who have paid for a full year get this extended to May 12th 2021.

Season Ticket holders who have paid for the summer get this extended to October 12th 2020.

Season Ticket holders on Direct Debit will have this re-instated from the 15th May 2020 onwards and the cost for May is 50% of the normal amount.

We will only be accepting bookings based on the booker agreeing to the following terms:

  • I am booking to play golf on my own.
  • I am booking a two-ball with one individual from a different household.
  • I am booking a two, three or four ball with members of my household only.

All ‘Tee Time’ bookings will need to be made and paid for online in advance.

Societies and mixed groups will not be permitted at this time.

We are awaiting clarity on when the Pro-shop will reopen, only 3 people at a time will be permitted into the Pro-shop. The Pro-shop will be cashless, payment will be by debit/credit card only.

At this time, the driving range and changing rooms, including showers will remain closed. We are hopeful that we will be able to open the driving range but are awaiting clarity on this point.

For the time being, we will be playing every other tee time to ensure social distance is maintained. Social distancing signage, floor markings and guidelines will be in place and we ask that you always respect these.

You will notice all rakes have been removed from bunkers and we ask you not to move Flagsticks. We have ordered a contactless ball extractor for each hole; these will be installed as soon as they are delivered and will take away the need to touch the hole cup.

When parking your car, where possible try and park in alternate spaces.

Serviced Offices

We however ensured that all team members required to keep the serviced offices safe and fully operational are still working, as we support Key Workers utilising some of this space as well as yourself, and therefore have no intention of closing your facilities throughout this crisis.

We are unable to apply on anyone’s behalf. However please do let us know if there is any detail you require from us if you chose to make an application to them.
