We have decided to open the Spa from 24th September although we are unsure as to whether the restrictions on heat facilities will be lifted by then. As such, we have added some piece of mind to all our Spa bookings, so you can move your booking or get a full refund should you wish. 1Life Health Club is also now open, but please note that the swimming pool facilities remain closed. More flexible, More trust: For more confidence when making your booking, we have added more flexibility into our advance purchase rates and you can cancel up to 3 days prior to your stay. All our online rates are 10% cheaper online and our flexible and advance purchase rates are only bookable online. Following the Government directive, the Venues at Wyboston Lakes Resort, The Willows Training Centre and The Woodlands Event Centre closed to all but essential workers. We are now starting to take bookings for later in 2020 and into 2021 and look forward to receiving your enquiries.

As the government have advised us to not trade during the dates of your event we agree to move the dates of the event to a mutually acceptable alternative date. If this is not possible, and on the basis that you didn’t host the event at an alternative location, we would then release you from the contract without penalty.

In every circumstance, please contact our meetings & events team – sales@wybostonlakes.co.uk to discuss your options so that we can review them before you finalise your decision. Our team are here to assist and help find solutions in what is a very difficult situation for us all.

Don't worry we have a contingency plan and our venues will be ready for when your event is. We'd like to reassure you that when we are advised to do so we shall re-open and ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. We are hoping to be able to open the doors very soon. You are now able to book a day or stay spa from 24th September onwards. Currently, all our spa facilities are open, with the exception of our experience showers, saunas and steam rooms which remain closed until we have the green light from the government to re-open these facilities again. We cannot guarantee that these will be open in time for your Spa experience, but should they be closed on the day of your visit we will give you a 20% discount voucher off any Day or Stay with us at any time, subject to availability, over the next 12 months. All our days and stays are fully flexible, giving you the option to cancel or move your booking should the facilities not all be open - the choice is yours. We have a wonderful treatment list that you can now enjoy when you visit and we do look forward to welcoming you back soon.

If you have a Spa booking with us and you wish to move it because the heat facilities are still not in use or because you or one of your party feels unwell, please do not call us, but contact us on yspa@wybostonlakes.co.uk and we will be able to assist you.

If you have a voucher that is due to expire please contact us on yspa@wybostonlakes.co.uk giving us your name, the voucher number and the passcode. You will find these on the gift receipt or e-voucher you received on purchase.

We will extend your voucher for a reasonable period if you contact us prior to expiry.

If your voucher expires while we are closed and you have not contacted us before expiry, unfortunately, we will not be able to extend.

We are now open for reservations and have a number of hotel packages available. From 24th September you will also be able to join us on one of our spa packages. 

Residential groups can be of no more than 6.  Any current bookings will be asked to reduce numbers to 6 or cancel their booking. 

All residential groups will be reminded of our policy; you can eat, drink and socialise as a group of 6 but cannot change the group you are in and cannot join another group.

New bookings - More flexible, More trust: for more confidence when making your booking, you can now change or cancel any overnight, pre-paid booking due to take place before 31st December 2020, free of charge and up to 24hours prior to your arrival.

This applies to all types of bookings, including individual bookings, Spa bookings and those described as non-cancellable. If you would like to contact us we ask you please not to call us but contact us on reservations@wybostonlakes.co.uk and we will be able to assist you.

We ask diners to please note that we are working with reduced capacities in our brasserie and therefore advise all our guests to book in advance to avoid disappointment.  For the purposes of NHS Track & Trace, we will be required to take all guests' details.  All table bookings are accepted for a maximum of 6 guests. We do want to ensure you have a great time and relax but in order to serve everyone, your table reservation entitles you to 1 hour 30 minutes from the start of the time of your reservation. We ask guests to arrive on time as this cannot be extended.

  • Guests must ensure a safe physical distance from other diners and team members at all times.
  • Guests where possible must use the Food Ordering Portal to order and pay for meals.
  • Guests should keep to their allocated seats.
  • Diners are given 1 hour and 30 minutes at their tables for dining and we ask that guests are on time for their booking as this cannot be extended.
  • Please be considerate to team members and other diners.
  • Maximum table size of 6.
  • Tables booked after 6 pm is for diners only.

Weddings

We understand that making the decision to move your day will be heart breaking and should you decide you need to do that, we will assist you to find another suitable date.  Should a suitable date not be found, we will accommodate a refund of your deposit.

The government have now decided to allow a maximum of 30 guests to a Wedding which is taking place in a Covid secure environment.  The Rule of Six does not apply to Weddings.

Golf

The Golf course is now open.  However, we will be operating according to recommended social distancing regulations.

Season Ticket holders who have paid for a full year get this extended to May 12th 2021.

Season Ticket holders who have paid for the summer get this extended to October 12th 2020.

Season Ticket holders on Direct Debit will have this re-instated from the 15th May 2020 onwards and the cost for May is 50% of the normal amount.

Yes you can.  However, we will only be accepting bookings based on the booker agreeing to the following terms:

  • I am booking to play golf on my own.
  • I will comply with social distancing regulations.
  • I will not socialise with any other group that exceeds the total number of 6.

All ‘Tee Time’ bookings will need to be made and paid for online in advance.

Yes societies can now play. However, golf Societies will be broken down into 2 elements; on the course and off the course.

On the course golf societies can go ahead for up to 30 guests so long as they do not socialise on the course at any time in groups of more than 6.

Off the course, societies wanting to use the Waterfront Brasserie will need to book in as tables of 6 and as per residential groups they will be reminded of our policy; they can eat, drink and socialise as a group of 6 but cannot change the group they are in and cannot join another group.

We are awaiting clarity on when the Pro-shop will reopen, only 3 people at a time will be permitted into the Pro-shop. The Pro-shop will be cashless, payment will be by debit/credit card only.

At this time, the changing rooms, including showers will remain closed. The driving range is now open. 

For the time being, we will be playing every other tee time to ensure social distance is maintained. Social distancing signage, floor markings and guidelines will be in place and we ask that you always respect these.

You will notice all rakes have been removed from bunkers and we ask you not to move Flagsticks. We have ordered a contactless ball extractor for each hole; these will be installed as soon as they are delivered and will take away the need to touch the hole cup.

When parking your car, where possible try and park in alternate spaces.

Serviced offices are open, safe and fully operational. We ask everyone to adhere to the social distance guidelines and the Covid secure policy laid out.
