Latest Information On Closure...

Following the most recent government announcement, we regret that we will be closing the Waterfront Hotel, Spa and Golf on Wednesday 4th November and will remain closed until 21st January 2021. As such, all stays will be cancelled and customers will be contacted over the coming days. If you have pre-paid direct to us, you will be issued a full refund. This can take some time to process and some banks are taking longer than normal to issue refunds to your account. If you have booked using a third party or agent please refer to them. We now have a small team in place working from home, with a high volume of guests to assist and refunds to process in this extraordinary situation. As such, can we please ask you not to call but to email reservations below. The Willows Training Centre will remain open for essential business use, for training and for overnight accommodation. We will be operating under strict Covid Secure guidelines. You can book your essential business services online, including meetings and accommodation.

Keeping You Updated

Y Spa will be closing on after Monday 2nd November until the 21st January 2021. If you have a day, stay or treatment booked with us and would like more information please see information below, or you can email us. We'd like to thank you for your continued support of Y Spa and please be aware we are working with a much reduced team but will contact you as quickly as possible. We look forward to welcoming you back.

If you have a voucher that is due to expire please contact us on yspa@wybostonlakes.co.uk giving us your name, the voucher number and the passcode. You will find these on the gift receipt or e-voucher you received on purchase.

We will extend your voucher for a reasonable period if you contact us prior to expiry.

If your voucher expires while we are closed and you have not contacted us before expiry, unfortunately, we will not be able to extend.

Update: Any Y spa gift voucher that expires up to and including 31st March 2021 is valid for an extra 9 months from the expiry date.

When Government restrictions are lifted, we are planning to  re-open Y Spa on 21st January 2021.

Stay In the Know

Our Conference and Training facilities will remain open only for essential business. Should you have any questions regarding your upcoming event, please see below or email us.

As the government have advised us to not trade during the dates of your event we agree to move the dates of the event to a mutually acceptable alternative date. If this is not possible, and on the basis that you didn’t host the event at an alternative location, we would then release you from the contract without penalty.

In every circumstance, please contact our meetings & events team – sales@wybostonlakes.co.uk to discuss your options so that we can review them before you finalise your decision. Our team are here to assist and help find solutions in what is a very difficult situation for us all.

As of the 4th November 2020, we will only be open for business events which are deemed essential. When Government restrictions are lifted we will once again be able to work with you in running your event.

Course Closure

We want to let you know that following Government directive the golf course is currently closed. However, it will be re-opening from 2nd December 2020. Safety guidelines will remain in place to ensure that your round is as safe as possible. We ask you not to call at this time as we are working with a reduced team. If you'd like to contact us for any reason please email us and we will reply as soon as we possibly can.

As a valued Season Ticket Holder at Wyboston Lakes Golf Centre, we wanted to let you know that in-line with the latest Government directive, we have decided to close the Golf course and driving range on the 5th November until 2nd December 2020.

We will be reviewing this situation constantly and keeping you informed of any updates or changes to this. If you pay for your season ticket by direct debit, it will be paused. If you pay annually, the period of closure will be added onto your season ticket so that no time period is lost to you. 

We wanted to inform you that following the latest government directive we have taken the decision to close the Wyboston Lakes Golf Centre on the 5th November until 2nd December 2020. As such your tee time has been cancelled and will be refunded during the coming weeks. We ask for your patience while this refund processes is followed, both by us and by your bank.
