Bedrooms are available from 2pm (5pm on Fridays)

All bedrooms must be vacated, accounts settled and keys returned by 10am on the day of departure

 

If you require an earlier arrival time or a later departure time please contact reception and we will do our best to accommodate you

 

Taxis

 

Reception will be happy to book taxis for you – you may have the cost of this charged to your account if you wish

 

Luggage

 

There are luggage stores at reception for your use

 

Toiletries

 

There are toiletry vending machines at the Willows Centres.

 

Wake Up Calls

 

Guests can programme there own wake up calls via the telephone in their bedroom

 

Newspapers

 

Newspapers can be ordered with reception before 9pm the night before

 

Postage

 

Outgoing post needs to be at reception by 3pm

 

Messages/Faxes and Incoming Post

 

Names for the above will be put on the notice board at reception and the one nearest the delegates training room – we will not interrupt courses/meetings to deliver messages unless instructed to do so

 

Telephones

 

There are direct dial telephones in all bedrooms and public payphones are available at each reception

 

Cash Machines/Banks

 

The nearest cash machine is at Tesco (approx 5mins drive) and most major banks and building societies are in St Neots (approx 10mins drive)
