The extensive, onsite health and fitness club offers you
more than just a fitness centre. The club features the latest equipment from ‘Technogym’, the latest Human Sport equipment from ‘Star Trac’, ‘NXT’ spin bikes as well a combat fitness zone for those looking to add something new to their workout.
In addition to the above, the gym offers a full class programme, with step aerobics, body shaping, ab blitz, circuits. The wet area gives you the opportunity to relax in the steam room, sauna or enhance your fitness programme by using the indoor heated pool.
For those who want a more relaxing atmosphere, there are additional services such as beauty treatments.

Monday – Friday 7.00 am – 10.00 pm
Saturday – Sunday 8.00 am – 7.00 pm
Delegates at Robinson Executive Conference Centre may use the leisure centre free of charge on production of their key card and are advised to book via Robinson reception, during its busy period (4.00 pm – 7.00 pm). Towels are available at reception.
Residential delegates at the Waterfront Conference Centre and Willows Training Centre will need to purchase a 24 hour leisure centre pass (£6.00 + vat), and will also need to book for the busy period (4.00 pm – 7.00 pm).
