The Waterfront Conference Centre is situated 18 miles west of Cambridge, close to the A1/A428 interchange on the Bedfordshire/Cambridgeshire border and within one hour's drive of London and the Midlands.

By Road from North or South
Leave A1 at A428 junction (signposted Cambridge) just South of St. Neots.
From North, take third exit at roundabout. From South, take fourth exit at roundabout (back towards A1).

By Road from East
A428 (from Cambridge and M11) before A1 junction, take first exit at roundabout.

By Road from West
A421 (from Bedford), join A1.
Leave at A428 junction (signposted Cambridge) just south of St. Neots, from the junction follow as above. Repeat as South.

By Rail
The nearest railway station is St. Neots on the First Capital Connect on the Great Northern Line, just 48 minutes train journey from London Kings Cross. The station is a 10 minute taxi ride from the Waterfront Conference Centre, a list of taxi companies are below:

By Air
From Heathrow and Gatwick, take the Underground and Thames Link train, respectively, to Kings Cross Station and then the First Capital Connect on the Great Northern Line to St. Neots. From Stansted, take the train to Cambridge; change and take the train to St. Neots via Peterborough. Alternatively, a fast coach service (X5) runs regularly from Cambridge bus station to Market Square, St. Neots. Call for a taxi upon arrival at Market Square (10 minutes ride from the Waterfront Conference Centre).
