Events Team

When you arrive one of our events team will carry out
a “meet and greet” and go through your event with you, ensuring that you have everything you need, and clarifying the fire and emergency procedures. The team is available for the duration of your stay, so if you have a problem they are on hand to help sort it out.

You can also contact the events team if you have any of the following requirements:

• Photocopying

You will be issued with a copier code which can be used in photocopiers located in the business centre and in Fairways.

• Business Centre

A business centre is available 24 hours per day with free internet access and printing facilities.

• Printing Services

If you wish to print something from disk or data stick, PC's or colour printers are available 24 hours a day in the business centre.

• Equipment Hire

You may require additional or specialist equipment for your event. If this is the case we are able to hire most things in, if we do not have them on site. Items from laptops or desktop PC’s to video conferencing equipment can be hired. A charge may be incurred for this service.

• Secretarial Services

If you are short of time and need a little help getting documents typed then please ask us for assistance - we will be happy to help. A charge may be incurred for this service.

• Office Hire

For long programme bookings or contract bookings, offices can be made available for the organiser/ trainer.

• Stationery

Every training room contains a stationery box containing many items that you may require during your event. The box is refreshed when your room is set up but if there is anything extra you require please contact us.
