The Main Package (Minimum number of 8 delegates):
A main room or conference room
Data projector, flip charts, OHP, screen and whiteboards
Mineral water mints, notepads, and pencils
2 course restaurant buffet lunch with coffee
Unlimited servings of tea, coffee and biscuits in dedicated lounges
Supplementary rooms to the main meeting or conference room:
- Training rooms can be reserved for a supplement of £199 ex vat per room.
- Syndicate rooms can be reserved for a supplement £150 ex vat per room.
Alternative catering options:
- Working Sandwich lunch – client selection is made from our menu by 11.00am and served to your room with fresh fruit and orange juice at the time you request.
- Tea and coffee in your meeting room – this can be arranged up to 24 hours prior to your meeting but carries a service supplement.
- Executive Private Dining – for clients requiring dinner in a private room the Kingfisher Suite and Lakeview rooms are available for up to 20 and 60 people respectively. Prices and menus are available on request.
