Conference, Training & Meetings

Robinson Executive Conference Centre covers a total
of 30,000 square feet and has been designed specifically for all training course, meeting and conference requirements.

The 26 conference, training and syndicate rooms have been grouped together to provide a high degree of privacy and flexibility, whilst facilitating efficient break-out sessions. All rooms have high ceilings (minimum 3 metres), natural light, air conditioning and sound insulation, creating comfortable ambient conditions.

Emphasis is placed on flexibility and rooms can be set up to suit individual client requirements.
A dedicated office can be provided for client use, with data point, direct voice mail, PC and printer, photocopier and administrative support.

The two conference rooms combined will seat 270 people theatre style and are equipped with ISDN lines making them ideal for video conferencing. Rear projection provides a screen image measuring 4m x 2m.

Dedicated technicians are on site to assist with the use of the Conference Centre's comprehensive range of training support and AV equipment, which includes digital projection, a full PA system and ISDN capability for video conferencing, on-line connection and data transfer. The Centre and accommodation have FREE Wireless Broadband throughout.

Substantial circulation, lounge, breakout and informal group meeting areas overlook and have access to spacious landscaped courtyards. Breakout areas, refreshment points and washrooms are located in and immediately adjacent to the training area.

FREE Wireless broadband internet access available throughout the centre, now including the bedrooms.
