Make This Mother's Day Magical at Wyboston Lakes
Wyboston Lakes has a special treat for mums this Mother's Day, Sunday 3rd April.
As well as offering a delicious Mothering Sunday menu, the restaurant will be giving all mums who dine at the venue a gift to take home. Guests will also be treated to live acoustic guitar music throughout the afternoon.
Executive Chef Fergus Martin has created a delicious three-course menu specially for the occasion guaranteed to delight every mum on Mother's Day.
To start, guests will be offered the choice of home-smoked salmon, prawn and chive terrine served with lime crème fraîche, cream of potato and leek soup with garlic croutons, duo of melon served with Pimm's soaked grapes or terrine of ham hock and parsley served with home-made piccalilli.
For the main course, there is the choice of roast sirloin of beef served with Yorkshire pudding and gravy, baked loin of pork served with apple sauce and pan juices, poached supreme of cod Florentine or wild mushroom risotto served with parmesan shavings. All dishes will be accompanied by a selection of seasonal vegetables.
Mums can be assured the desserts on offer will not disappoint! Guests can choose from rhubarb and custard cheesecake with honeycomb crumble, pear and stem ginger steamed sponge pudding with lemon custard, chocolate and coffee bavarois served with Tia Maria syrup, mango and passion fruit tart or fresh fruit salad. This is one occasion when you should not count those calories!

Tables are available from 12 noon until 3.00 pm on Mother's Day. Online tickets prices are as follows: £28.50 per person for adults and children aged 13 and above, £14.25 for 5 to 12-year-olds and £5.00 for under fours.
Offline ticket prices are £30.50 for adults and children aged 13 and above, £16.25 for 5 to 12-year-olds and £7.00 for under fours.
