  • Important Note for Guests with Disabilities

    Wheelchair accessibility is excellent all around the hotel. Vehicles can stop within feet of the main entrance which is level and has automatic sliding doors. The lobby area is completely level and there is a lower section at the front desk to facilitate wheelchair users. There are dedicated disabled rooms with spacious bedrooms and low-level facilities adapted for people with mobility difficulties.


    • Access : 200mm wide wall nib is provided adjacent to entrance door to allow for easier working.
    • Bathroom Door : is significantly wider and opens outwards for easier access.
    • Toilet : equipped with user-friendly WC height toilet, hand rails, and tap heads are disabled style.
    • Electrical Sockets : set at height accessible from wheel chair.
    • Bedroom Access Door : fitted with 2no. viewing points one set at wheel chair height.
    • Furniture : set out differently, to allow for easier access to hanging rails etc.
    • Alarms : provided with alarms in bathroom and at bedhead.
