Through our new induction and personal development programmes, we aim to develop our people and help them find their potential, ensuring they are trained to meet our high levels of professionalism, service and care.
As a couple of examples of the way we encourage our staff to develop, several members of our kitchen brigade have won awards locally and nationally, and our venue and reception teams have embarked on NVQ training in customer care to recognise their level of skills in this area.
In addition to the usual benefits, we also offer a free meal whilst on duty*, discounted corporate memberships of the health club and golf course, together with the opportunity to make a contribution to our success, not only as a local company but as a leading provider in the industry.
